the length and breadth of the Pinelands National Reserve, and culminate

miles per day, with average speeds of 11-13 mph. The Tour de Pines
is a voluntary, non-competitive, unsupported ride. Participants are

Visualize Your Organization and Compliance Data -
1 p.m. - Free webcast - A case study presentation from the New York Power
Authority -
Today, more than
ever,
maintaining accurate workforce information and the method by which
companies manage the process is critical. Because
of manual processes,
data inaccuracy and lack of visibility to that data, procedures are
fundamentally flawed. Couple that with a lack of alignment between
company strategy and
structure
and you set yourself up for FERC, NERC and SOX compliance risks, as well
as financial losses and security vulnerabilities. Utilizing a basic
business tool like the automated org chart is a step in the right
direction.
Register Here for this Free WebCast.
This
webinar will feature the team from New York Power Authority and how they
not only stay FERC compliant but have taken their workforce data
management to a new level within the organization.

Environmental Law: What Every Lawyer Needs
to Know, 5 to 7 p.m., includes

information; what to do when the environmental inspector knocks;
handling the self-reporting requirements; and the future. The program
will be presented by Lewis Goldshore, one of New Jersey's foremost
practitioners in the environmental field. For details on registration
